NouVeau Services LLC (NVS) is a veteran-owned logistics company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We were built around a straightforward observation: in this market, the shipments that matter most are often the ones that fall outside standard business hours.
Rather than market every service under the sun, we deliberately started narrow — medical and healthcare logistics, time-critical and scheduled commercial delivery, and landside aviation support — so that each run is handled directly and confirmed personally.
NVS is owned and operated by a U.S. Army veteran, and that background shapes how we work: we tell you what we can actually do, we confirm it before we commit, and we show up when we said we would.

Ray started NouVeau Services LLC in Phoenix around a problem he kept running into: the shipments that matter most rarely wait for the next business day. He is a U.S. Army veteran, and he brings hands-on operational and logistics experience to how NVS runs — routes planned around the real clock, not the standard one.
He built the company on a short list of service principles. Say what we can actually do. Confirm the scope, the timing and the price with a person before anything moves. Answer the phone. And when a request falls outside what NVS can support, say so plainly instead of taking the job.
Ray stays personally involved in the work, and still sets the standard for how every run is handled and confirmed.

Pickup, drop-off, window and price are agreed with a person before the run starts. No assumptions.

Delivery confirmation on each job, and a single monthly invoice for recurring routes.
